Kawasaki Ninja ZX10-R 2011 – Greener Than Green, Meaner Than Mean.

2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10RThe Cologne motorcycle show saw the official unveiling of Kawasaki’s latest evolution of its iconic sports bike, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10-R. After coming under heavy fire after the withdrawal of their MotoGP efforts and a severe cut back on their WSBK andWSS efforts, you knew they had something in mind. The all new 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10-R has been taken very seriously. A whole new inline 4 engine has been developed, the most advanced electronics system a road motorcycle has everseen, including the BMW S1000RR, which most say is the flagship modern sports bike. 2011 Kawasaki-Ninja-ZX-10R-developed-swing-armNew horizontal back-link suspension and aluminium swing arm have been developed to improve the already pin point accurate handling performance of the Kawasaki Ninja zx10 of previous years. And when possible specification and performance figures were spoken of, if you were to say the magic 200Bhp number, you wouldn’t have been far off. Kawasaki claim that with a few slight tweaks to the bike, there would be 197Bhp at your disposal and if you were to want to break the full power of the Kawasaki ZX10, you only have to change the stock exhaust can alone, and not an expensive full race exhaust system. That’s some claim.black 2011 Kawasaki-Ninja-ZX-10R

Confirmed launch on the 27th of January

white bmw-s1000rrFans of the BMW S1000R love it for its immense power and electronics, Kawasaki know this and have developed their own S-KTRC (Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control) 3 stage traction control for the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja zx10r offering some help in taming the 13,000rpm motor.

UK riders had to wait until the NEW Carole Nash Live show in November 2010 for Kawasaki UK to unveil the machine on our shores, and undoubtedly after it being the main attraction (surely it wasn’t Lorenzo?!) appetites have been hungering for the bike to hit our shores, and with the unfortunate hold on all UK orders because of a recall in the USA due to a possible valve problem (which has now been fully addressed by Kawasaki) we can now look forward to its confirmed launch on the 27th of January.
Kawasaki really could not have timed this any better, and if you are a dedicated sportsbike rider, looking for the ultimate in modern motorcycle technology has to offer, finally, there is no longer only a German bike to look for.

UK 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R Prices Start At £11,999
